1. Purpose
This policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using SceneShot's AI generation features. We are committed to the responsible use of AI technology.
2. Permitted Uses
SceneShot is designed for generating commercial marketing content. You may use the Service to:
- Generate lifestyle product imagery for your own brand or clients
- Create video advertisements featuring AI-generated fictional models
- Generate ad copy and creative briefs for marketing campaigns
- Build AI model personas for consistent brand representation
- Create enriched catalog ads and product feed creatives
3. Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use the Service to:
- Generate deepfakes or impersonations: Creating content that depicts real, identifiable people without their consent is strictly prohibited.
- Produce illegal content: Including but not limited to content depicting minors, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Infringe intellectual property: Generating content that copies or closely imitates trademarked logos, copyrighted designs, or proprietary brand assets belonging to others.
- Deceive consumers: Presenting AI-generated imagery in a way that misleads consumers about the nature of your products (e.g. making a product appear materially different from reality).
- Harass or harm: Generating content intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
- Bypass safety filters: Attempting to circumvent content moderation or safety measures built into the AI models.
- Resell generation capacity: Using the Service to provide AI image/video generation as a service to third parties without our written permission.
4. AI Model Personas
When creating AI model personas on SceneShot:
- All generated models are entirely fictional and AI-created.
- You must not attempt to recreate the likeness of real people (celebrities, influencers, public figures, or private individuals).
- Model personas should represent diverse body types, skin tones, and backgrounds respectfully.
- Generated model images must not be presented as photographs of real people in any marketing materials without clear AI disclosure.
5. Content Review
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. AI models can produce unexpected or inappropriate results. We recommend human review of all generated assets.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content generated through SceneShot that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected].
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as AI capabilities evolve. We will notify users of material changes.
